Uloga školskog odmora u promociji fizičke aktivnosti učenika

Apstrakt: 
U skladu sa savremenim pristupom promociji zdravlјa, škole mogu obezbediti podsticajno okruženje koje promoviše fizičku aktivnost učenika, pri čemu školski odmor kao sastavni deo školskog dana zaslužuje posebnu pažnju. Iako u većini zemalјa trajanje, broj i struktura školskih odmora nisu preciznije regulisani, postojeća istraživanja potvrđuju da postoje jednostavne, ekonomične i održive intervencije usmerene na promociju fizičke aktivnosti učenika tokom odmora. Neke od intervencija uklјučuju implementaciju organizovanog programa vežbanja, dostupnost sprava i rekvizita, posebne markacije i zoniranje igrališta, korišćenje prenosive/reciklirane opreme, igru u prirodi i dr. S obzirom da fizička aktivnost značajno varira u zavisnosti od pola, uzrasta i drugih karakteristika učenika, kao i od obeležja okruženja, prilikom planiranja mera i postupaka promocije fizičke aktivnosti tokom odmora, potrebno je uvažiti te osobenosti.
